Shipping + Fulfillment Policy
Hi everyone! Here is some information about my shop and fulfillment policies so you be aware of what to expect when you place an order from my shop!
Graphics and Grain guarantees to ship out orders at least once a week on Fridays, but often more frequently. All orders placed within the week will be sent out at the latest, the following Friday after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another notification when your order has shipped. All orders are shipped through USPS unless otherwise specified and purchased, and will come with a tracking number for you to keep up to date on your order status. USPS is currently taking slightly longer than usual to deliver mail so please be mindful of that when ordering and selecting shipping options!
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please keep in mind that all t-shirts will be shipped separately from the rest of your order! Please allow up to 10 days for t-shirt orders to ship!
I do offer international shipping! Please be mindful that international shipping during COVID-19 can be very unpredictable and items may take a significant amount of time to arrive. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Graphics and Grain is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at graphics.grain@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you!
